Main Responsibilities: Partners with Senior HR Professional on employee relations performance management and other human resourcerelated areas Responds to associates questions and concerns relative to basic employee relations issues including payroll compensation benefits and policies Coordinates and interprets company policies for managers and associates to ensure consistent application and equitable employee relations Handles HR components of workers compensation and disability claims Assists in and conducts routine HR investigations including employee relations escalates as appropriate Develops and conducts or assists with associate and management training Develops internal transferspromotion letters and organization announcements Works closely with members of the divisional management team at various levels Identifies HR processes which can be simplified and made more efficient Supports opportunities to enhance associate engagement and culture and inclusion Sup
