职位描述：
主要任务和职责 primary duties and responsibilities
1. 负责新工厂内部物流规划，按精益物流的原则对厂内物流运作模式的规划；
responsible for new plant internal logistics planning, according to the principle of lean logistics to internal logistics operation mode of planning;
2. 新项目在内部物流过程中涉及的人员、设备、仓库、物流路线等的规划；
internal logistics planning for the new project involved in the personnel, equipment, warehouse, logistics, route planning;
3. 规划、设计仓库和车间内物流运作模式，负责物流仓库的布局，支持车间生产线旁物料布局规划；
be responsible for planning for logistics operation mode of the warehouse and workshop, design of line side material area layout.
4. 支持日常物流生产和相关改进，参与公司物流相关流程的制订；
to support daily logistics production and improvement, participate in the formulation of the logistics related process.
5．领导安排的其他工作。

资格和要求 qualification and requirements:
教育:本科学历
education：bachelor degree
经历：累计3年以上相关工作经验，有汽车行业背景。
experience：total 3 years or above 1 years in yfk of relevant experience, automobile industry background.
技能skill:
1. 对生产工艺流程较熟悉，具有丰富的现场物流操作管理经验。
be familiar with the production process & internal logistics management experience.
2. 沟通、团队、冲突协调能力强。
good ability of communication, team building and conflict coordination.
3. 英语4级或获得职称英语证书。
cet 4 or relevant certification
4. 能使用autocad，熟悉办公自动化软件
be familiar with ms office software &autocad.
