职位描述:
主要任务和职责
1. 为公司进行潜在业务的开拓工作内容是:新项目提案,争取新业务报价机会、组织新业务报价成本核算、新业务报价,竞争对手及用户信息收集分析、商务谈判,获取定点;
2. 负责已获定点项目开发运作中的商务问题;内容是:积极配合项目经理进行项目管理工作,对项目进程中的因工程更改引起的价格变更、断点时间、进度变化等进行跟踪及相关的商务谈判;
3. 负责分管客户现生产产品的营销业务,内容是:年度供货合同及价格合同的评审、签订、执行、维护工作,制定年度销售计划及五年销售规划,加快应收帐款的回笼;对物流、仓储、售后等环节进行支持
4. 定期访问客户并择时拜访潜在客户,进行客户满意度调查;贴近客户,善于倾听客户之声,及时反馈、跟踪客户及潜在客户的信息,致力于提高客户满意度;
5. 作为客户的代表在涉及体系要求的过程中代表顾客的需求,及时收集和有效传递相关客户信息
资格和要求
1、本科及以上学历
2、3年以上汽车零部件产品销售工作经验
3、良好的口头表达能力,有效的沟通和谈判技巧
4、具备良好时间管理技能,主持会议技能,较好的团队协作能力
primary duties and responsibilities:
1、working content of exploring potential business for the company is: new project motion, try to get
chance for quotation, organize cost calculation for quotation, make quotation, collect and analyze information of competitors and customers, business negotiation, win business;
2、responsible for commercial problem of booked project; the content is: cooperating with the program manager in activity to manage program, tracking and making commercial negotiation on price change ,breaking point and timing change etc.in project process.
3、responsible for customers’ marketing service of current producing products; the content is: evaluating, signing, carrying out, maintaining the work of annual supply contract and price contract, make the annual sales plan and five-year sales forecast, accelerate the times of the turnover of the account receivable. support the storage, transportation , after-sale services process.
4、visit customers regularly and arrange time to visit the potential customer, carry on the customer satisfaction investigation; get close to the customers, be good at listening attentively to the customer's demand, to feedback, tracking information of customers and potential customer in time, devoted to improving customer satisfaction.
5.represent the customer's demand during the process of involving system requirement as the customer' s representatives. collect and transfer the related information from customers in efficiency.
qualification and requirements:
1. bachelor degree or the above.
2. three years or more experience on professional post.
3. good for oral expression, presentation ability in chinese and english .effective communication, negotiating technical ability
4. time management skills ,ability of preside over the meeting, teamwork
