Responsibilities 主要职责： 1. Applies high level understanding of engineering knowledges related to automotive engineering and validation programs into technical and commercial discussions; 运用汽车工程和程序验证相关知识完成技术和商务的沟通； 2. Effective and efficient communication with attribute managers and cooperation with sales team to consolidate technical and commercial proposals; 与部门经理高效并有效的沟通以及和销售团队的合作以整合技术和提案； 3. Manages and executes the program based on pre-defined technical work scope, organizes and facilitates team meetings at the necessary frequency; 根据预定义的技术工作范围管理并执行项目，以有必要的频率组织并促进团队会议； 4. Deals with conflict swiftly, constructively and decisively, inside and outside of IDIADA, regardless of levels in the organization; 以快速、建设性和果断的方式处理公司内外部产生的冲突和问题； 5. Understands and applies financial concepts; risk assessment and management; manage customer relationship. 理解并运用财务概念；风险评估和管理；管理客户关系。 Requirements 任职要求： 1. Bachelor’s degree or above, major in mechanical engineering or automotive engineering is preferred;本科及以上学历，理工科机械或车辆专业者优先；2. 1 year or above working experience in related automotive industry, knowledge on project management, fresh graduates are acceptable;一年及以上汽车行业工作经验，了解项目管理。同时也可接受优秀应届毕业生； 3. Excellent organizational skills in terms of timing management, priority and problem solving, proficient communication skills; 在时间管理、优先级和问题解决方面具有出色的组织能力以及熟练的沟通技巧； 4.
