Responsibilities: 主要职责1. Dealing with customers to support their passive safety development projects;与客户保持良好沟通以支持被动安全的项目；2. Definition of most efficient technical solutions and test plan to achieve customer targets;定义有效的技术方案和车辆测试计划以达到客户目标；3. Management, performance and follow-up of safety tests according to regulations and consumer requirements;根据法规和客户需要来安排、执行并跟进车辆安全性能测试；4. Test data post-processing and analysis，reports and certificates validation.测试数据上传和分析并完成测试报告和证书验证。Requirements: 任职要求1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Automotive/ Mechanical/Electrical);本科及以上工程专业学士学位（汽车、机械、电气）；2. More than 2 years' working experience of crash testing;两年以上碰撞安全测试经验；3. Knowledge of global passive safety regulatory requirements and NCAP requirements;熟悉被动安全的法规要求和碰撞标准;4. Good communication skill in both Chinese and English;良好的中英文沟通能力；5.
