MISSION使命 As a TrackController you will be responsible of overseeing the tests and ensure thesafety of the users of our Facility.控制塔监控员负责监控试验场内的测试并确保试验场使用人员的安全。 RESPONSIBILITIES职责 Control the traffic on the test tracks and the compliance of the Driving and Safety Regulations.监控测试道路的交通并确保试验场的用户履行试验场的驾驶和安全规章。 Regulate the access to all users when entry and exit of each test track.管理所有用户进出测试道路的权限。 Inform the track users of any relevant information through the communications system.使用沟通系统通知测试道路用户所有相关信息。 Activate the accident protocol in case occurs a crash in the test tracks.在测试道路发生事故时第一时间激活事故预警机制。 Coordinate and support internal and external emergency teams so they can access to the test track in case of an accident.在发生事故时协调并辅助内部及外部救援团队以便其可以无障碍进入测试道路。 Any other task that may be assigned by the Direction of the Company.由公司领导层委派的其他工作。 REQUIREMENTS要求Profile背景: Computer skills to advanced user level (Word, Excel, Access).熟练的计算机操作技巧 (Word,Excel, Access) Capable of keeping control in emergency situation.紧急情况下保持冷静的能力。 Good communication skills.良好的沟通技巧。 Willing to work on shifts if required.接收轮班制 （有需要的情况下）。 Languages Skills语言: High English Skills.英语流利。 Any other languages will be valued.会使用其他语言优先考虑。职位福利：五险一金、年底双薪、带薪年假、定期体检、高温补贴、周末双休
