Responsibility:
1.Direct interface to customers (OEMs and TIER1s) and suppliers for all quality-related topics.
2.Responsibility for the creation of relevant quality documents like e.g. PPAP, 8D, 5W etc. and for processing complaints from customers and to suppliers as well as development, implementation and monitoring of corrective actions.
3.Implementation of product and process specifications required by the QM system (IATF16949) and drive their further development.
4.Creation of risk analyses, check and validate the effects of change requests from customer and supplier.
5.Monitoring of customers B2B portals regarding quality-relevant information, create necessary reports and coordinate internal measures derived from them.
Qualification:
1.Successfully completed technical studies like mechanical and electrical engineering, automation technology or a comparable qualification.
2.At least 3 years of professional experience in quality management preferably in the automotive supply industry.
3.Experience in the organization and execution of process audits is an advantage.
4.Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
5.Customer orientation (internal and external) and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
6.Good communication skills, contact strength and team spirit.
7.Fluent in spoken and written English.
8.Ability to work independently.
9.Willingness to travel.
