Description: Management Develop, enforce and control binning procedures. Organize the manpower distribution for effective management of performance and cost. Conduct and manage changes in implementing new processes, policies, shelf life and dangerous goods control. Accountable for physical stock in a proper location. Assists in the development and implementation of new warehouse administration systems. Supervision of binning processes to ensure compliance with safety rules. Conduct regular meetings with assigned Blue Collars to guarantee proper process of warehouse location optimization Lean project leader for NRPL/occupancy report and stocktaking key person Coordinator for SPM team and related issues/ coordinator for IT equipment related issues and meetings Work Processes Align the processes with the overall parts operation guidelines to meet the KPIs set with the management. Evaluate the utilization of equipment, space and consider new technology for operation enhancement. Ensures expeditious and accurate allocation for all parts . Agree on improvement activities to reduce the number of claims with dealers concerned. Periodic report on goods receiving status , monitor the bottle neck areas, implement corrective measures and ensure implementation of standardized location management Others Conduct orientation on New staffs and perform task as instructed by the Manager Warehouse Administration from time to time Trainer for new employee for IT equipment Qualification: Bachelor in Logistics Management/Business Administration/Engineering.
