Description
Responsibilities:
? Directly responsible for revenue and contribution growth within defined China region
? Target and close key opportunities for predominantly Processing Aid and coating, ink and adhesive offerings, driving overall sales performance
? Work closely with commercial colleagues throughout Asia to broaden and deepen sales coverage
? Implement business strategies in Asian nations, in coordination with global product line strategies
? Work closely with Regional and Global Sales/Marketing leaders to provide input to overall strategy development
? Develop clear understanding of country and application-specific industry environments, including value chains, business drivers and competitive environment to help create plans for creating value
? Responsible for timely identification and communication of market trends, technical developments, competitive activities and business opportunities that will impact the business
? Interface regularly with key customers and Channel partners to establish high level business relationships
