Requirements:
1. Manage executive’s appointments, schedules and make travel arrangements.
2. Handle confidential information, and maintain the security of the GMO’s records, files.
3. Support executive by preparing presentation materials, meeting minutes, take and transcribe short-hand dictation, provide verbal translation, etc.
4. Arrange VIP visits incl. but not limited to schedule, agenda, hospitality, etc.
5. Coordinate meetings and team events, including scheduling meeting times, making travel arrangements for attendees, and ensuring that various meeting amenities are available.
6. Perform other secretarial tasks assigned according to established guidelines and procedures so that these activities are completed accurately and on time.
Requirements:
1. Above three years assistant or secretary experience in MNC.
2. Master Degree with fluent English in written and oral.
