1. Responsible for prototype, component validation test, garage and test vehicles management

2. Responsible test equipment calibration, maintenance and management

3. Responsible for component validation test management, perform and report
负责零部件试验管理，实施和报告
4. Responsible prototype material, manufacture and report
负责样件材料申请，试制和报告
5. Responsible for test vehicle management, include number plate and insurance, registration, vehicle maintenance and garage work management
负责车辆管理，包括牌照和保险申请， 车辆登记，车辆维护及车库工作管理
6. Responsible for technical and resource communication and test commission with Marelli Italian and China test lab or other lab
负责和马瑞利意大利和中国试验室以及其它试验室的技术交流，试验资源信息交流， 试验委外
7. Responsible for test lab qualification
负责试验室的资格认证
8. Promote in the team innovative test methodologies to improve the analysis capability and validation of the product
改进团队的测试方法，来提高分析和验证产品的能力
9. Responsible of definition and maintenance of testing, Lab and prototype procedures
负责定义和维护测试、实验室和样件流程
10. Other tasks assigned by the superior

Requirements要求:
1. University degree or above in engineering
工程专业本科以上学历
2. More than 8 years relevant automobile field experience, have engineering development experience and test lab management experience.
8年以上汽车行业相关工作经验，有工程设计开发经验和实验室管理经验
3. Good communication
