Responsibilities:
- Define the market research strategy for assigned customers and implementing the market research results into the strategy processes of DOEHLER in accordance with executive manager, Sales, Production Management, and Business Units.
- Responsible for planning, prompting and coordinating market research projects and responsible for processing appropriate market research data for the support of the sales areas.
- Collect and analyze market and competition information of customers, Sales, BU, etc. and purposefully communicate result in DOEHLER Group.
- Develop and implement new market research tool for the increase in efficiency of internal processes.
- Ensure and implement the purchase of high-quality market research studies.
- Elaborate and ensure continuous internal communication of all market research results to Board, Sales, BU and Marketing.
- Direct and coordinate innovation processes in the company and organize the innovation committee.
- Inform relevant departments about new products and concepts as well as about resulting Best Practice (DOEHLER Success Stories).
- Work with global teams to ensure local practice on global accounts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor or above degree in food science or marketing major preferred;
- 5 years’ experience in B2B marketing in food
