Your Responsibilities
？ Overall responsibility for OE department activities
？ Development of the OE department in line with the BOE strategy
？ Execution and support of strategic OE projects
？ Implementation of OE standards on site
？ Project Execution as well as project support of strategic OE projects (mainly cross-site and cross-BU)
？ Increasing the OE maturity level within sites within a given time
？ Ensures that the OE tools are implemented globally according to the AT
