In this role, you have the opportunity to
? Build a high growth business that will help improve the lives of millions of people in China, while advancing Philips digital transformation journey as a global leader in Health Technology;
You are responsible for
? Provides high-level administrative support
? Coordinate executive's schedule, making appointments and establishing agendas and meeting appointments
? Communicating with global and local key stakeholders per request
? Arrange and coordinate business travel for executive. Coordinate team meetings, and arrange use of conference rooms or outside facilities
? Data tracking and management
? Team support such as meeting, outing etc.,
You are a part of
You will report to E-Commerce Leader and collaborate with many other team members
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
? Bachelor degree and advance
? 0-2 years related working experience in MNC
? Experience in supporting senior executives is essential
? Fluent in both verbal and written English
? Office management and team management experience are highly preferred
? Effective coordination skill and good communication skill
? Self-motivated and full of energy
