1. Support the Shop Manager and BUL’s in development of the annual progress plans targeting continuous progress in the performance of each group, defining clear and measurable objectives for the team
协助车间经理及区域主管开展年度进步计划，以达到持续提升各团队绩效的目的，并为团队制定清晰可考核的目标
2. Support OR and MAPP and make the team to grow with the BUL
