本职位工作描述：
1.通过邮件以及文件了解欧洲对产品的要求
2.通过各种渠道寻找合适的供应生，审核供应商
3.与供应商谈判（价格，生产时间，付款方式.）
4.准备采购合同，订单以及其他文件
5.供应商生产跟进以及确保交付日期
6.核查样品细节和瑕疵


职位要求

能够熟练运用普通话和英语（英语书写能力良好优先考虑）
有外企工作并具备跟单相关工作经验的优先考虑

具有良好的谈判能力
能孰料运用OFFICE办公软件: Excel, Word, Outlook
责任心强，反应快，能独立工作，团队合租精神
专业性，强大的组织能力承受能力

Paul Stricker is a large company from Europe / Portugal specialized in importing/selling promotional products. Our locations are through all Europe / South America and China. This position will be located in Shanghai in a modern and well decorated office.



Mainly products: office supplies, bags, shopping bags, umbrella, keychains, caps, games, small electronics, home textiles, home decorations…



Job description

Understand the product requirements to search
Search for reliable suppliers
Factories audit.
Compare and select/recommend the best supplier
Negotiation (prices, production times, payments…)
Preparing purchasing contracts and release PO to suppliers
Production follow up, assure deliver dates
Receive premass and mass samples, check every details


Requested profile

chinese mandarin native, english
excellent negotiation skills
proficient in Microsoft office: Excel, Word, Outlook, Word.
strong sense of responsibility, fast response and able to work independently
professional, multi task, strong organizational skills, pro-active, trustworthy
results oriented
Freshly graduate to 3-4 years experiences in follow up orders
