Responsibilities: 主要职责 1. Dealing with customers to support their passive safety development projects; 与客户保持良好沟通以支持被动安全的项目； 2. Definition of most efficient technical solutions and test plan to achieve customer targets; 定义有效的技术方案和车辆测试计划以达到客户目标； 3. Management, performance and follow-up of safety tests according to regulations and consumer requirements; 根据法规和客户需要来安排、执行并跟进车辆安全性能测试； 4. Test data post-processing and analysis，reports and certificates validation. 测试数据上传和分析并完成测试报告和证书验证。 Requirements: 任职要求 1. Bachelor' s degree or above in Engineering (Automotive/ Mechanical); 本科及以上工科学士学位(汽车、机械)； 2. More than two years' working experience of crash testing; 两年以上碰撞安全测试经验； 3. Knowledge of global passive safety regulatory requirements and NCAP requirements; 熟悉被动安全的法规要求和碰撞标准; 4. Good communication skill in both Chinese and English; 良好的中英文沟通能力； 5. Willing to travel. 可以接受出差。
