• Respond to manage employee life cycle (including on boarding/ off boarding/ internal transfer/ contract amendment etc)
• Respond to requests for forms and data. Develop and provide adhoc employee data reports.
• Respond to input/update/changes employee records in PeopleSoft. Ensure the accuracy and quality of data.
• Manage the cases in HR ticketing system (sales force) and handle requests and inquiries from employees
• Process employment verifications and government information requests and attendance files
• Handle statutory benefits related activities including payroll upload and monthly contribution;
• Be responsible for payroll input(including severance and all other payment calculation)
• Update payroll allowances or withholdings in monthly uploading sheet
• Coordinate with payroll for all kinds of incentive, mandatory increases, International payments, retention, etc
• Process invoices, distribution lists, expense reports inside HR department
• Apply special working hours
• Manage additional assignment /project from Team Leader
• Drive continuous improvement in daily operational work
Qualifications
• Bachelor degree with 1-2 years of working experience of HR Operations
• Fluent in English(including oral, reading, writing)
• Proficient in MS Office applications incl. intranet/ internet and HR related applications
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong team work spirit with local team and global team
• Customer oriented
• Effective at managing multiple tasks
