Responsibilities 主要职责： 1. Applies high level understanding of engineering knowledges related to automotive engineering and validation programs into technical and commercial discussions; 运用汽车工程和程序验证相关知识完成技术和商务的沟通； 2. Communication with customers, understanding the project needs and consolidate technical and commercial proposals; 与客户保持交流，充分了解客户需求, 并且整合技术和提案； 3. Performing CAE simulations in Crash, Pedestrian Protection and Occupant protection; 负责车辆碰撞安全、行人保护和乘员保护仿真分析工作； 4. Perform the result analysis and report preparation to make sure the targets to be fulfilled. 分析结果并准备报告，保证项目目标的完成性。 Requirements 任职要求： 1. Bachelor’s degree or above, major in mechanical engineering or automotive engineering is preferred; 本科或以上学历，机械或车辆专业者优先； 2. 1 year or above working experience in related automotive industry, knowledge on project management, fresh graduates are acceptable; 一年或以上汽车行业工作经验，了解项目管理。同时也可接受优秀应届毕业生； 3. Proficiency using ANSA, META, LS-Dyna and Hyperworks using is preferred; 熟练运用ANSA，META，LS DYNA和HyperWorks软件者优先； 4. Excellent organizational skills in terms of timing management, priority and problem solving, proficient communication skills; 在时间管理、优先级和问题解决方面具有出色的组织能力以及熟练的沟通技巧； 5. Good English skill both in written and spoken. 良好的英语听说读写能力。 6. Willing to travel. 可接受出差。
