Job Description o Develop leasing plan and annual business plan for assets and asset portfolio. o Leading the AM team to achieve the assets’ leasing and operational KPIs. o Monitor and update regular asset performance and status reports. o Provide both regular and on-demand asset performance and status reports to both internal management team and fund investors. o Support investment to evaluate target asset assumptions and strategies, and due diligence process. o Lead and manage an effective and professional team, develop and grow high potential team members. o Complete other tasks from the management Experience, Qualifications and Competencies o Bachelor and above degree, with 10 years of office / business park project leasing experiences, with 5 years of leading / head position. o Good knowledge of the real estate market in Shanghai, and knowledge for both investment and finance. o Strong relationships and connections with agents, local authorities, other major players, and various networks in the market. o Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills, good team player and team leader to facilitate team moral and team performance. o Good command of both spoken and written in English a plus.
