Role
• Contributing to Budweiser APAC digital transformation, as a Tech PM - PMO of Commercial Tech, you are responsible of providing project / portfolio management support to all commercial tech product / project delivery and product delivery. Partner with Solution Architects, product teams and agile engineering teams, you work on continuously improving and evolving the products, maximizing the value for the consumers and the company
• Will be responsible for providing progress / risk transparency for all ongoing projects / products, by setting up / execute governance models, conduct risk assessment , drive mitigations, as well as management reports.
Responsibilities
PMO:
• Set up / execute governance models to ensure all project / product progress are transparent.
• Conduct risk assessment, drive mitigation, follow up results to ensure the successful delivery of the projects / products.
• Working closely with PPM team on the overall cost / budget management for all projects in terms of providing LE, follow up on the actual spend (GR / payment)
Product Development:
• Understand business requirements and translate into product user stories
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and tests to bring products to market
• Advocate for the end-user experience, ensuring that products meet user needs and deliver value
• Conduct market research and competitve analysis to identify market opportunites and trends
• Gather and analyze user feedback to continuously improve the product
• Conduct usability testing and work with UX/UI designers to enhance product interfaces
• Analyze product performance data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions
Stakeholder Management:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding product-related matters
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for the product vision
Qualifications
• 5 years of experience in project/product management in related industry
• Digital domain experience at the top tier companies or experience working at a company with a large, high value brand
• Down to detail personality with strong ownership
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent in Chinese
