The AcceleratiON Programme is the BMW Group’s international graduate programme offering the opportunity to jumpstart the career of talented graduates and young professionals. Through completing four different assignments, participants work in various parts of the BMW Group including BMW headquarters in Munich and another international BMW market. During their assignments, participants gain insights into business processes, strategy, culture, and the BMW Group brands from both a local and global perspective. Establishing an excellent international network while working on strategic and operational projects in three different countries, the programme provides a solid basis for a successful international career at the BMW Group.

Major Responsibilities

• 6 months project in home country and home department - Target Guidance, system integration Team:

1) support PM house work, join the IDC integration monitor and report the status of current project phase

2) support China Release circle, customer app release, to coordinate the PO-T with stakeholders to get timely release approval, identify the to be improved area, maintain the release clusters and approvers.

3) support app release strategy including app selection, process update, technical dependency identification, validation strategy manual
