Purpose:
Manage and develop employees’ competence to meet current and future business needs.

Main responsibilities:
1. Work with business leaders and HRBP to design programs for competence development, e.g., training programs and coaching programs or tools to lead efficient activities locally
2. Manage agreed F2F trainings and eLearnings according to learning and development plan and evaluate training data for further development
3. Act as a facilitator/trainer in agreed programs
4. Visualize the learning and development path for different roles
5. Find suitable learning solutions from internal and external offerings to meet the needs
6. Manage local relevant resources, e.g., internal trainers
7. Propose and communicate actively about the available learning and development options
8. Explore, implement and promote the usage of new digital learning methods in learning

Skills, education and experience:
61 Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in education/human resources or other relevant field
61 Minimum 5-8 years of diverse professional experience of learning and development
61 Proven track record of organizing training programs and acting as a facilitator / trainer
61 Solid understanding of learning and development trends
61 Good communication skills
61 Excellent collaboration and cross-cultural skills
61 Fluent English and local language skills, both written and spoken
