职位描述 1.对机加工设备进行定期维护和日常检查。 Performing regular maintenance and daily check of the machining equipment. 2.负责机加工工装、刀具、辅具等的管理。 Be responsible for the management of the tooling, cutter and auxiliary tools. 3.根据批准的工艺和材料规格对材料和组件进行机加工。 Be responsible for the machining of material and component according to the approved process and material specifications. 4.维护机加工工作区域的环境，正确使用机加工设备。 Control 5s of machining work area, operate the machining equipment properly. 5.正确使用测量工具对加工的零件进行自检或互检，保证零件图纸中的公差尺寸要求。 Measure the tolerance size of the parts properly， and make the size meeting the requirement of the drawing. 6.参与排查和识别生产过程中各种安全隐患并提出建议。 Participate in troubleshooting and identification of various potential safety hazards in production process and give suggestions. 7.对机加工学员进行在岗培训，使其获得经验。 Conduct on-the-job training to machining trainees to impact experience. 8.服从上级领导安排的其他工作。 Perform the work assigned by the leadership. 任职资格： 1.大专学历。 College degree. 2. 具备材料及机加工基础知识。 Basic knowledge of materials and machining. 3.3年以上机加工类工作经验。 More than 3 years working experience in machining field. 4.熟悉CAD等制图软件。 Familiar with the CAD software. 5.英文能力足以阅读并正确理解手册的要求。 Capable of reading and correctly understanding product manual in English.
