We are seeking a skilled Sourcing Engineer to support both our local and Swiss teams in establishing partnerships with local and Taiwanese suppliers. This role will involve working with existing designs and specifications for various machine modules and parts, including:
61 Internal grinding compartments (sheet metal)
61 Cable assemblies
61 Machine cooling systems (heat exchangers)
61 Pneumatic assemblies
61 Tooling (e.g., prisms and anvils)
61 Manufacturing and standard parts.

Key Responsibilities:
61 Analyze, simplify, and adapt current designs for local production, taking inspiration from industry best practices.
61 Identify and engage reliable local and Taiwanese suppliers to meet production needs.Visit of suppliers. First contact for the suppliers.
61 Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure designs align with manufacturing capabilities and cost objectives.
61 Responsible for first quality inspection process according to headquarter requirements.
61 Shipment releases at serial-production.

Requirements：
61 A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
61 Strong understanding of the technical requirements for machine tools, including
accuracy, durability, and operational reliability.
61 A well-established network of local suppliers in relevant industries.
61 Excellent communication skills in English.
