? Customer project coordinator with focus on launch and change management in the plant
? Be main contact person for project manager and local customer regarding plant topics and project status in plant
? Safeguard of launch, ramp-up and changes management within customer projects to ensure successful SOP and subsequent mass production
? Represent an interface between different corporate departments of related production plant that coordinates activities related to the SOP of a new project
? Coordination of local project manager to ensure fulfilment of tasks in customer launch procedure, project timing and quality requirements, as well as timely escalation of problems in case reaching project targets is at risk
? Ensure the transfer of lessons learned from plant project to global level (corporate)

Main Focus of Duties and Responsibilities 主要工作职责

？ Coordinates the customer project in the plant
？ Regularly reports the project status to project manager and escalates critical topics to LCM manager
？ Responsible to facilitate launch and change management activities for assigned products and coordination with internal, external team, customer, CBU, STA, etc.
？ Swimlane 1000 project leader for operation tasks to ensures compliance within customer projects and acts as gatekeeper to fulfill work packages and milestones in time.
？ Responsible for monitoring machine performance (OEE, PHP , scrap, rework, etc. ) and coordination of the optimization of production lines to reach required machine performance levels in launch phase and (if needed) to allocate tasks to the responsible department.
？ Contributes lessons learned to the process and product development as well as into global launch management
？ Drives continuous improvement of methods, standards and roles within launch and change management
？ Leads the planning of all line entries for the project (e.g. machine demands/EA workflow) in pre-serial phase as well as for AEMAs
？ Is responsible for the alignment (pre-/ post-meetings) with plant functions and project management for each special line entry
