岗位职责：
Docking work for mold transfer work at the time of introduction of foreign products;
国外产品导入时模具转移工作的对接工作；
Design of mold drawings and ancillary parts, mold flow analysis, management and transfer of drawings;
模具图纸极其附属件的设计、模流分析、图纸的管理及传递；
Continuous improvement of mold effectiveness and optimization of mold structure to continuously reduce costs and improve product quality;
模具使用效果的持续改进以及模具结构优化，以不断降低成本及提升产品质量；
Develop and management of systems for monitoring process parameters for mold preparation
开发和管理监控模具准备工艺参数的系统
Determine attributive and variable process parameters to effectively control the manufacturing processes
确定属性和可变工艺参数以有效控制制造过程
Monitor internal and external quality data and support failure root cause analysis, development and implementation of actions to resolve quality shortfalls
监控内部和外部质量数据和支持失败的根本原因分析、制定和执行解决质量缺陷的措施

Track / review process capabilities
跟踪/检查过程能力
Make and Issue work instruction，support process training
编制和发布作业指导书，支持车间工艺培训。

Determines Cycle times for the assigned area by applying Industrial Engineering Methods
通过应用工业工程方法确定热工指定区域的生产节拍
Planning and Implementation of technical changes on existing equipment and process

岗位要求：
experience in gravity casting mold design and process development
模具设计工艺开发工作经验。
Bachelor degree or above, majoring in mold design and related majors
大学本科以上学历，模具设计及相关专业
English Language Requirements: Fluent speaker, able to communicate exclusively in English
英文要求：口语流利，能完全用英文进行交流。
Professional software application ability: proficient in magma application, proficient in UG, proe, or solderworks drawing software.
专业软件应用能力：精通Magma的应用，精通UG、Proe、或者Soldworks画图软件。
