Job Purpose To provide full range of HRBP responsibilities to a dedicated client group and be responsible for a specific area of the function for the successful delivering of HR programs/policies. Major Accountabilities  Work closely with Department Head/Leadership team and support with the implementation of the Business plan, highlighting potential HR-related business opportunities or weaknesses.  Proactively build and establish strong relationship with client group as well as the extended HR community to understand their needs, requirements and challenges.  Support and execute tactical workforce planning in alignment with the client’s business plan and strategic goals.  Provide change management support to transformation and restructuring efforts  In charge of recruitment activities for the client group to ensure the right people in the right position at the right time.  Support in ensuring rewards and incentives are implemented to achieve the Unit’s goals, in close cooperation with the respective C
