岗位职责：
1.Draft TPM1 work instruction and update TPM1指导书编制及更新
2.TPM2/TPM3 work instruction update TPM2/3作业指导书编制及更新
3.TPM acting organization and tracking report 组织每次TPM的实施，并提供相应的报告
4.TPM training 组织相关的TPM知识培训
5.Deeply clean organization and tracking 深度清洁组织：计划/实施/遗留问题后续状态跟踪
6.All maintenance actions plan collection and tracking 维修部全部行动计划汇总及状态跟踪
7.Spare parts processing follow up and tracking for new project 对新设备的备件采购及跟踪
8、Update the reasonable stock of spare parts （Maximum and minimum inventory） 更新备件的合理库存量(***、最低库存量)

岗位要求：
5 years above maintenance management working experience in automotive business
5年以上汽车行业制造工程行业设备维修经验。
bachelor degree with major in engineering/mechanical.
大学本科学历，工程机械类相关专业
Familiar with FANUC CNC working principles and operation
熟悉发那科数控系统工作原理及操作方法
Familiar with common mechanical transmission principles and trouble shooting for the components.
熟悉常见机械传动件原理及故障处理方法
Know common equipment principles and keypoint, make WI and SOP.
掌握生产设备状态和分析方法，掌握设备的原理和维修要点，能制定有效的指导文件和说明。
Knowhow of hydraulic electrical lubrication and penumatic principle
了解液压 电气 润滑和气动原理
Familiar with common component, and have ability for selection and making spare part. Have knowledge of acceptance and cost saving.
熟悉常见品牌部件和备件的作用和性能，能够进行选型并制定和更新备件清单，掌握备件的验收和质量知识并控制备件成本。
